Norman Blumenthal, Ph.D

Dr. Blumenthal is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Hewlett, New York, specializing in adolescent and group therapy. He is the coordinator of group psychotherapy training for psychiatric residents and psychology interns at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Adelphi University.

Jeremy Cohen, MSW

Jeremy Cohen works with latency and adolescent children and their families through private practice and EAP. He also assesses and treats families in trauma situations and consults to administrators and staff in the Jewish day school system around behavioural issues.

Adrienne Gold

Adrienne Gold has been a fixture on Canadian television, as a regular contributor on CTV's Canada AM, Dini and Camilla Scott shows, but also as host of her own successful daily style show, Images with Adrienne Gold. Her direct approach and her often-disarming honesty have built a large and loyal following of viewers. Today, in addition to appearing in the media for matters of style, she also appears as an ethics and morality expert, and often speaks of matters pertaining to women.

Gerard Klein, Ph.D

Dr. Klein is a clinical psychologist working with children and adolescents. He is a consultant to various children’s mental health centres and works closely with a number of local day schools and Yeshivot. Over the last number of years he has run numerous anger control groups.

Rabbi Jerry Lob, Psy.D.

Dr. Lob is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Chicago, specializing in adolescent and family therapy. Dr. Lob received his Psy.D. in clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and is a well-known author of numerous articles on parenting, marriage, and Jewish philosophy. Dr. Lob also received Rabbinic Ordination from Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, New Jersey, and is a former fellow of the Chicago Community Kollel.

Rona Novick, Ph.D

Dr. Novick is a senior psychologist in the division of Adolescent Psychiatry at the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, and is a member of the faculty of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is also in private practice on Long Island.

Sarah Chana Radcliffe, M.Ed, C.Psych. Assoc

Dr. Radcliffe is one of Toronto's most respected family therapists. She has a private practice in the Toronto area counselling individuals and couples. She lectures internationally on parenting, marriage and emotional well-being and is the author of numerous books and articles on those subjects. Her parenting & marriage courses are inspirational, drawing on timeless Jewish wisdom, practical behavioural techniques and sound principles.

Ellen Schwartz, BA, BEd.

Seven years ago, Ellen's family learned that their son Jacob had been born with Canavan Disease, a fatal neurodegenerative disorder. Learn how Ellen not only coped with this devastating news, but has been instrumental in establishing “Jacob's Ladder” - a Canadian foundation for control of neurodegenerative disease. In addition, Ellen is a busy mother of three and a grade-school teacher.

Rabbi Dr. Nosson Westreich M.Ed. M.D. FRCPC

Dr. Westreich is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and an Assistant Professor at the U of T Medical School. He is on staff at Sunnybrook & Women’s Health Sciences Centre, where he directs the Inpatient Adolescent Regional Unit. Dr. Westreich has authored professional articles, and is a noted speaker internationally. He holds a Masters degree in Education from Loyola and rabbinical ordination from Ner Israel Rabbinical College of Baltimore. Dr. Westreich served as Regional Director of NCSY for ten years prior to his medical education and initiated numerous youth projects including the Orthodox Union’s Camp in Kharkov, Ukraine.

Rabbi Dr. Tzvi Hersh Weinreb

A noted Rabbi, psychologist, and orator, Dr. Weinreb received his Rabbinic Ordination from the Rabbi Jacob Joseph School, a Masters degree in psychology from the New School for Social Research, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Dr. Weinbreb served as assistant supervisor of psychological services for the Prince George's county Public Schools, chief psychologist of the Potomac Foundation for Mental Health, and maintained a private practice in psychotherapy. Rabbi Dr. Weinreb is the Executive Vice President of the Orthodox Union and was formerly the spiritual leader of Congregation Shomrei Emunah of Baltimore, Maryland.
