The seminar will consist of selected sugyot which will be learned both for content and for demonstration of the relevant textual skills.
Study of Torah Sheb'al Peh (Oral Tradition) has undergone profound change since the printing of Mishnah and Talmud. In the reduction of oral tradition to written literature, the dynamic, organic nature of the tradition has been masqued. The Revadim Method attempts to recover the authenticity and originality of the Torah Sheb'al Peh by turning the printed text into a three-dimensional life model, in which the texts display - layer by layer - the gradual revelation and development of the tradition
The seminar will be limited to a maximum of 25 people and will be by pre-registration only. The cost for this special seminar will be $36.
