Cancellation and Refund
For all cancellations, we will refund your payment less the following cancellation fees:

Prior to the departure Cancellation fee
up to 91 days initial deposit
61 to 90 days $ 600 per person
31 to 60 days $ 1500 per person
30 days or less Full Payment

Suppliers, such as airlines, might impose additional cancellation fees

Travel Protection Plan
We strongly recommend that each traveler buy a Travel Protection Plan. Momentum Tours &
Travel sells group Travel Protection Plans on behalf of Travelex Insurances. However, for all
travelers up to of 60 years of age, we suggest the use of individual policies. In order to be
covered for pre-existing conditions, insurance plans must be purchased at the time of final
payment to Torah In Motion. No exemptions can be made from this rule. Travel protection plans

Passport and visa
No visa is required for this departure. Each participant must possess a valid U.S. or Canadian
passport. For travelers not holding a U.S. or Canadian passport, Momentum Tours & Travel does not have responsibility to check for entry regulations. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the tour has been completed. It is crucial that travelers check the status of the passports.
