Cancellation and Refund
Should you need to cancel your tour, we will refund your payment less the following cancellation fees:
Prior to the departure
Up to 91 days - Initial fee
90 to 61 days - $ 600 per person
60 to 31 days - $ 1500 per person
30 days or less, no refund
Suppliers, such as airlines, might impose additional cancellation fees. |

Changes
If travelers need to make changes for their travel plans, we need to know as soon as possible. A service fee of $100 per person will be charged for each change made after April 15, 2011. Expenses involved with any change must be paid by the individual traveler.

Travel Protection Plan
We strongly recommend that each traveler buy a Travel Protection Plan. Momentum Tours & Travel sells group Travel Protection Plans on behalf of Travelex Insurances. However, for all travelers up to of 60 years of age, we suggest the use of individual policies. In order to be covered for pre-existing conditions, insurance plans must be purchased within 14 days of the first payment or deposit made to Momentum Tours & Travel. No exemptions can be made from this rule. Travel protection plans are not refundable. |

Passport and visa
No visa is required for this departure. Each participant must possess a valid U.S. or Canadian passport. For travelers not holding a U.S. or Canadian passport, Momentum Tours & Travel does not have responsibility to check for entry regulations. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the tour has been completed. It is crucial that travelers check the status of the passports. |
