Rabbi Moshe Shulman is the Rabbi of the Young Israel of St. Lious. He is a member of both the Va'ad Harabonim and the Va'ad Hakashruth of Toronto, an officer of the Canadian Jewish Congress , a board member of Bnei Akiva Schools, and a founder of the UJA Federation-Israel Now Consortium. He also serves as a mohel for the Toronto Jewish community. In Israel, Rabbi Shulman served as the program coordinator of the Moty Hornstein School for Overseas Students at Sha'alvim Educational Center . Rabbi Shulman is a graduate of the Sha'alvim Rabbinic Kollel with Rabbinic Ordination from the Jerusalem Chief Rabbinate, and a graduate of Sha'alvim's Sha'al institute for Rabbinic and Educational Training. He also holds a Teacher's Degree from the Sha'alvim Teacher's College, and a B.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology . Rabbi Shulman is married to Baila and they have five children: Zipporah, Hadassah, Shmuel, Avital and Yechiel.
