Tammy Jacobowitz

Tammy Jacobowitz received her PhD in Midrash at the University of
Pennsylvania , where she studied as a Wexner Fellow. She is a graduate
of the Drisha Scholars Circle and has been on the faculty at Drisha
and Me'ah's Adult Education Program. She co-wrote a gender sensitive
Shmot curriculum for JOFA. Currently, she is a full time Judaic
Studies teacher at the SAR High School in Riverdale , NY . She lives in
Teaneck with her husband, Ronnie Perelis, and their three children.
